閃爍計數瓶（Sample bottles/Scintillation vials）是用於盛裝樣本與閃爍液混合，以進行液體閃爍計數的實驗室容器。瓶身多以硼矽玻璃或塑膠材質製成，瓶口配有含化學阻隔內襯的旋轉瓶蓋，樣本與閃爍液倒入瓶身密封後，置入計數儀中經光電倍增管偵測放射性訊號並記錄計數結果。
閃爍計數瓶常見於放射性同位素檢測、環境水質分析、藥物研發與生物樣本存放等應用。依材質可分為硼矽玻璃瓶與塑膠瓶，玻璃瓶可耐受高溫高壓蒸氣滅菌，塑膠瓶則多以加瑪射線或環氧乙烷滅菌；依瓶蓋內襯設計則有含化學阻隔內襯與不含內襯兩種型式。
容量從0.1至35毫升不等，材質才決定耐滅菌與抗溶劑能力。
